About Mark: As a personal trainer, I believe in the body’s incredible ability to heal and thrive, and I’m passionate about helping others discover this potential for themselves. My own journey out of chronic pain began in my youth, where a sedentary lifestyle, poor coordination, and frequent injuries held me back from achieving my athletic goals. I became more active and pursued exercise as a teenager, but it often exacerbated my physical issues. Over the years, I battled persistent pain in my neck, shoulders, hips, knees, ribs, and lower back. Despite these setbacks, I found hope in the healing process. By integrating techniques from various disciplines I developed a holistic approach to movement and exercise. Today, I’m proud to say that I move with greater ease, structural integrity and flexibility than I did a decade ago, and I’m here to show you that with patience and the right approach positive change is always possible.
