Celebrate I Read Canadian Day with acclaimed children's author Ted Staunton! Ted has written over 60 books, including picture books, middle grade novels and YA books.
Ted Staunton is the award-winning author of over fifty books of fiction and non-fiction for young readers pre-school to YA. His graphic novel The Good Fight, about the infamous 1933 riot at Christie Pits was listed for the City of Toronto Book Award. His YA novel Who I’m Not won the CCBC John Spray Mystery Writing award. Those things said, he mostly tries to write funny, and he hopes that's the case with his newest novel, Comic Shift. Ted presents to students and educators across Canada, as well as teaching creative writing at George Brown College.
